  • Well at first it was decent with 1000 a month no pet deposit No restrictions Water included Now a yr later a new company comes in 1300 a month now Water not included Pet fees every month People store there vehicles in the limited parking Maintenance is a joke if u can even get ahold of them no emergency service forget that a flood will have to wait at this place If anything is done it's bandaid ed with older outdated stuff Lights are burnt out everywhere my wife doesn't feel safe going out at night No security no gate just free for all not allowed to get security gates either Cars get keyed here 24-7red zone everywhere with shark tow trucks rolling every night It often to hear diesels flooring it thru the night Places right down the street 200 hundred less This is a glorified section 8
