  • Although I post as an alias name, what I write can't be understated: Deb Lapierre is the mortgage agent you want working on your home purchase. I was introduced to Deb via my real estate agent, Matthew Coates. We had begun with another person who wasn't a good fit. Deb was the best fit. She worked tirelessly. And by tireless, I mean that she called me from Maui on her vacation to make sure we had some details ironed out. I couldn't believe it. Then, with less than 4 hours to go on the closing date, the other party's title company went haywire (my negative comments about them omitted!). Deb took the lead, and we were swimming in our new pool by 5:30 p.m. when a few hours prior we were wondering when we would see a key. I recommend Acadamy Mortgage because of the efforts of a true professional like Deb Lapierre. I don't trust easy. But I trusted Deb, and she paid it back in the best way possible.
