  • Horrible place!!!! They made us get dressed and leave in the middle of our appointment. Been here several times, Never again. We called and asked for an appointment for 2 at 8:30, they didn't ask our name or anything, sorta weird but okay. We show up, they said do you have an appointment, yes we did, still no name or conformation or anything. Ushered back to the room. 5 minutes into the massage some guy comes bursting in the room asking if we had an appointment, yes we do we replied as we said when we got here, he leaves. Comes back in two minutes later arguing with us that we called the other location and need to go there and need to leave, Massages stop we look at each other confused. Get up start getting dressed and guy comes in again yah you called wrong location you need to go there. Umm yah no we're going home. We get to the front and I'm fuming. They have terrible business practices, this is why you take people's information when booking them, and don't come interrupt in the middle of a massage. So insane and embarrassing we will never be returning.
