I cannot say I am an electronics buff and I am well versed enough to make a competent decision on a product. Having said that I know a thing or two about customer service and this place has mastered the art of the most abysmal customer service. Even a broken clock is right twice a day and this place is a wonderful example of how not to do business.
I will give them this, they have a lot of merchandise and the prices are purported to be good. But then again at what cost ? At the cost having incompetent rejects of the gene pool work for you who are either ignorant - its not my dept I don't know whose dept this is, I'm busy get someone else - all real answers to simple questions or the yes its my dept but I am too busy or here buy this because you don't know what you need, and what you should get is this.
Then they will sell you malfunctioning equipment and if you return to tell them it is not working make the process rather tedious, though in all fairness I hear this has gotten better.
So then why go here ? I do not quiet know, perhaps it is the options available and the freedom to look touch and feel the product (as opposed to online) and its convenient and there is always that occasional misfit that knows what he is talking about and will be very helpful. If you do get him/her stop by a grocery and get a powerball ticket, the odds are in your favour.
