  • I bought a Groupon for Tile and Grout service. Polite people that did a very poor job. If anything they try to mask their poor work with friendly banter. They came to my home an hour late. They worked on 2 tiny areas to preview the final results. Not very impressive, but not horrible either. They immediately tried to up-sell me on the service, telling me if I really wanted the tile and grout to look clean it would cost an additional $300. I declined. (Groupon was for $79) They then rushed through the project. What they did amounted, at best, to a mopping of my floor. They barely even made an attempt on corners. Little if any noticeable difference in the appearance of my fairly weathered tile. The grout looks identical, dirty. What's really upsetting is nothing looks as clean as the 2 preview areas. They clearly rushed through the job when they found I declined their premium service. What the operator had said would likely take 1 to 2 hours took them 30-45 minutes. When signing their papers they even tried to have me sign the "service was completed" section before they even really started. Also, they packed up as soon as they could and they left the floor wet.
