| - I come here usually a couple times a month...maybe more. I love Chipotle. I have had my good and bax experiences at this location. I had to meet them in the middle with 3/5.
For the most part, this is your average Chipotle. I can't say that they do anything exceptional. The primary reason I come here...is because its the closest Chipotle in the area to me.
My portions unfortunately are not consistent. About 40% of the time...my burrito is slammed with rice...which takes up most of the burrito. I've been to a couple handfuls of Chipotles, so I feel that I know what the average portion is (my opinion).
Recently, I had an order picked up...came back home...and yes the order was wrong. Lets be honest here, its quite possibly the worst thing that can happen. Customer drives home, finds out that he has a wrong order, or they messed up, and now has to drive back to complete an order. I get it, one small thing missed...and its a domino effect. Maybe it was just a bad night.
I understand that everything is fast paced at Chipotle. Its for business, I get it. Its also obviously that alot of the staff members are young and go in auto-pilot mode and make mistakes. We are all human.
The thing is, they offered me an extra cup/side of chicken for the mistake. That was the best that they could do in their words. I didn't want a gift card or anything else of that matter. A meaningful apology would have actually been perfect. The way that they handled it just felt meaningless, and they were just gonna brush it right off after I left. It probably happens all the time. This is just how I felt.
On a brighter side - the lines do go fast. They do work hard or try to. They attempt to be as nice as they know how to.
Customer service 3/5
Food 4/5
Restaurant cleanliness 5/5
Price 5/5
Rant over. I'll be back to try and get this to a 4 or 5 stars :)
