  • A little over a year ago, I was searching for places to rescue a dog from. After visiting many of rescues in Tempe, I decided to visit the Arizona Humane Society. I was blown away with how clean the place was. Many of the other rescues that I went to I could feel the tension between the dogs and the staff (a lot of aggressive, angry dogs). However, at the Arizona Humane Society, I did not feel that way. The place is very clean, the staff is very helpful and patient. I decided to adopt my puppy from here and he is the sweetest dog! The process was very easy and the staff was very helpful when I had a lot of questions!
