  • Tried to come here yesterday because it's the only place that sells Moroccan Oil but I opened the door and before I even got a foot in, the lady at the counter yelled "Uhhh we're cloooosed." (Pretend that's in a really pretentious bitchy voice) I was taken way off guard and apologized and started to shut the door when she said, "we closed early today for a meeting at 3:30." All I thought was, 'oh my bad, I didn't realize.' Then I looked at my clock walking back to my car and it was 3:32!! Really lady? You couldn't have let me come in real quick to just pick up some product?! Bummer that this place is so close to my house, I'm going to have to go the other location in Scottsdale because this location definitely lost my business. Maybe get an employee who knows good customer service and would like this place to make some sales goals.
