  • In 2014 I leased a "brand new" 2013 in Ford Escape and so far have had two recalls. One of them was life endangering where the car would start shaking and the engine would shut down, this happened one week after driving it off the lot. I took it to their service station who kept it for a week then gave it back saying they couldn't find the problem. I even showed them a picture I took of the dashboard saying "engine failure service immediately" and they just throw me out on the street saying "sorry oh well deal with it!" I took it back for the same problem the next month and they kept it two weeks (I had no car for two weeks they didn't provide me any car) then gave it back again saying there was no problem. 2 years later I get a recall notice describing my exact engine problem it said that it was very dangerous and they didn't do anything to make it up to me that they had put my life at risk for two years. Now my car is not starting it's having an electrical meltdown and just freaking out and not starting for no reason. I have been paying hundreds of dollars a month for a "brand new" car that has been nothing but problems and I'm lucky to be alive and when i try to talk to someone they tell me that it's between me and the loan company now. Jerks. Total disgrace no ethics just the worst people on the planet working here do not go here I will NEVER buy a ford again because of them.
