  • Absolutely the WORST customer service I have received in a very long time AND Nicole the medical assistant needs a lesson in common sense and hygiene, absolutely disgusting! Take a look at my other reviews, I am not one to over-dramatize or give unfair reviews. I feel like I give honest and deserving reviews, and this place honestly deserves negative stars. During my employment process, I was sent here for a drug screening test. I showed up with paperwork provided by the company that is contracted with Medpost to provide this service. When I showed up the receptionist didn't greet me and didn't make eye contact. I had to greet her, told her that I was there for a drug screening test, and handed her the paperwork. She asked me to fill out a form, which asked for standard personal information and some questions about the employer's phone number and contact name. It is a large corporation, and I didn't have a number or contact information. I tried explaining this to the receptionist, and she was very short with me, and basically said you need to put the information in there or I cant check you in! I asked to see the piece of paper that I handed her because all the information she needed should be on that piece of paper. I couldn't find the employer's contact info on the paper and told the receptionist as much, so she got very rude with me, and told me to just fill in my own name and phone number. So basically she is extremely short and rude with me, and her solution is to fill in false information, so I can get signed in? Insane. You are obviously contracted with these companies to do drug screening, and the information on the paper should be sufficient for your business needs, if it is not, then you need to work with the company you are contracted with and/or review your own processes to make this streamlined and efficient. What you SHOULD NOT do, is treat your patients and customers horribly, because your processes are not up to par. Treating me like crap and asking me to fill in fictitious information is absolutely ridiculous! You would think the story ends there, but it gets worse, so much worse. The medical assistant, instead of grabbing my cup full of urine with her palm, she used two fingers, with her gloved hand, to pick the cup up. One finger on the outside of the cup, and one finger on the inside, where all my urine was! She then walked over to the sink that's used for everything else, poured my urine into the sink, and shook the cup up and down, as I watched drops of urine flying everywhere. She then took the same gloved hand and walked over to the computer, grabbed the mouse, and printed out my paperwork. I was in such shock that I couldn't say anything. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, and have this be over with! Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. The test came back with something wrong with the sample, maybe because the assistant stuck her finger in it, and the company automatically sent me back to the same location. I decided to wait until the weekend to go, in hopes that I got different staff. I walked in, and once again, no greeting from the receptionist, no eye contact, in fact when I greeted her in a pleasant tone and told her why I was there, she actually rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there, and she was going to have to check the patients in behind me in line first, and then she said: "If I have time, I will see if I can get to you." I am first in line, I have a full bladder, a drug test requires little effort on their parts, and her response is "I'll see if I can get to you." I told her how rude and unprofessional she was, told her to give me my paper back, and walked out of there. I called the company who contracted the drug test, told them how horrible this MedPost location is, and had them send me to FastMed on Tatum and Shea.
