This location is clearly well-managed, and going above and beyond!
Since their grand opening, this store has gotten cleaner, the produce fresher, and the butcher counter has become one of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced. They will open a bag of clams and pick out all of the open ones, trim and grind any meat you want, and they won't hesitate to come out from behind the counter to show you items that you might be interested in.
I've even seen the manager-on-duty open a checkout register to take customers and alleviate the wait when the checkout lines get longish.
Best prices on green+red bell peppers and large avocados. (Maybe ones at the Mexican groceries are cheaper, but certainly not plumper!)
Initially I thought that a smaller store was a disadvantage, but now I like how it takes a few minutes less to do a grocery round - pretty cool. Very boutique feel. Interesting to note that the Sprouts location on Flamingo and Rainbow is kind of depressing in a 1994 time-warp kinda way, even though it's basically the same store.
