  • After purchasing 2 engagement rings from Costco online and returning them because they looked much smaller that what we thought we were going to get we took a ride to The Jewelers on Western Ave. We were greeted by a very nice sales person named Monica. We did not tell Monica that we had purchased from Costco and were not happy with the size for the money. We just asked to look at rings that were about the same as our Costco ring. Monica was one of the most congenial and professional sales people we have ever met. She didn't try and up sell us and explained everything we asked in a manner we could understand, we felt like family. The ring we chose was much larger than the one from Costco and the Diamond was a little over 1kt and very clean and bright, and equal GIA specs. The price was a little better than Costco. 2kt total with 1.02 center diamond for under 10K. We had the Costco ring we were returning with us and put them together and there was no comparison. The Jewelers ring looked twice as nice my wife almost cried with joy. They sized the ring while we waited and everything looks amazing. Living in Las Vegas for 40 years and having know about Mordechai and the Jewelers since this huge Company was a small business starting out. I was amazed and happy to see Mordechai still serving clients behind the counter. I feel really bad about not coming here in the first place. Before you order online and have to hassle with returns Check out the Jewelers and especially Monica She's the best. Thanks Monica and Mordechai for making my Wife's Holiday Season the best ever.
