  • I don't know what it is about this location but sucks doesn't even scratch the surface. I have been there 6 times in the last two days. Six people! That's a lot of gas to burn through. Needed to exchange a laptop AGAIN. They only do exchanges with a receipt which is fine, but I think for big purchases like a laptop they should be able to look it up in the system and return/exchange in store because if you lose or can't find your receipt you are left with a lemon. Memory express just looks it up! WAY more convenient. Anyway not the point. Staff is under educated about computers. They carry a variety how ever most of them are i3 processors and I wanted a i5/i7 processor. So I found two I liked to exchange for, but they had none in stock in the city. It would be fine if the store had to send me else where but really come on? Who does your ordering? The nearest store with the one I wanted was in Lethbridge and seeing as I needed a new computer TODAY that was not really an option. Horrible all around. Stick to a store that sells computers and only computers and that hires educated staff in computer repairs/knowledge. This was a work assignment so I had no choice but to go to FS. I vow to never step foot in one again after today.
