This review is specific to Casbah's Piccola Gusto Menu. Amazing lunch.
There's outdoor seating that's covered by a canvas, eliciting a Moroccan vibe. Really great atmosphere. I've come dressed pretty casually with friends, yet you can come to Casbah for a more formal lunch.
The menu is a $17 two-course meal that's completely worth it. You start with your choice of a soup or salad. I always go with the Arugula salad which has pieces of potato, mushroom, pork belly (like bacon), and goat cheese. It's a heavier salad. Next, you get half sandwich and half pasta / risotto. My go-to is the crab cake sandwich. It's delicious. I usually change up the pasta, but my favorites are the Ricotta Cavatelli (tomato based), Short Rib Ravioli (can't go wrong with short rib), and Orecchiette Pasta (it's the goat cheese). Do not underestimate this deal; it's more filling than you think! Also complementary bread (dip in the pasta sauce)!!
There is valet parking, but it was complementary. So tip!
