  • The paneer tasted delicious...but not Indian or English. The bramble was also given to me with no stirrer so the first half was terrible. A cup of gin. Second half was delicious, but I looked like an idiot trying to shake all the jam into my mouth. When I received my food..grilled cheese and lukewarm coconut tomato soup, I had no utensils and had to wait forever to get someone's attention. It took about 4 tries. The masala flavor in the sandwich was almost non-existent. And the soup was almost cold...and very bland and not exciting at all. I took most of it home. I got the cheesecake, it was ok, I didn't love it. My dining partner had the pot pie and seemed to enjoy it, once he was able to get thru the pastry on top. but the texture to me was awful. It was basically shredded chicken mush. Also super surprised there was no gin menu...since that's your thing?? And no take out bags??! I'll prob give it some time to sort out the kinks and come back for fish and chips. Meh
