  • This is where our Arizona Troon golf card saved us a bundle of money. We purchased the four players card as we were in Scottsdale for a week of golf. We looked at Troon tee time website, and found Troon North was available daily. We booked tee time 3 days in advance. Temperature was over 100 every day so we booked tee times at 6:40am. the first time and 6:35am the second time. The first time we played it was a Friday. My sis & I both felt the other players were stick in the mud. Not friendly at all. And no other women. We're thinking it's gonna be that kind of a day. Not to fear, no drama. We played the Monument course the first time. Difficult course but lots of fun. The second time we played Pinnacle. We came on a Tuesday. Friendlier crowd. And other women!!! Of the two courses, we thought Pinnacle the more difficult. Challenging of the mind for sure. We loved the boulders, the rocks, the cacti. Everything was perfect. The pro shop was super friendly. The 19th hole was great too. Where else can you get a huge basket of fries for only $5.00???
