Service department only:
Completely lacking in communication and follow through. Came for an oil change and everything went well. Except my quoted hour turned into almost two and half hours. Missed an appointment with no communication during as to why it was taking so long. It's extremely easy to just walk over to the waiting area that's 50 feet away and explain there was an issue with a lift.
Two days later my sunroof stops working entirely. Coincidence probably. Then I come in to have them look at it with the promise of a shuttle to take me to the gym while they look at it. So I wait in the customer lounge while they get a shuttle. An hour later I walk back over to the service office and they radio for a someone to go get a shuttle for me. So I decide to wait in the office. Then they tell me to take my car and bring it back another day when they can have more time.
Complete lack of respect for my time.
