  • Based totally on the owner, Rudy's attitude and lack of customer service, I shouldn't have given him any stars at all. Had an expired Groupon and ordered a take out. I knew it was only good for face value.. no problem, but Rudy wouldn't honor. Said it couldn't be take out. Now that makes sense for the original coupon, but not for a face value amount. I was cordial and he just wanted to tell me how he couldn't make money on this (I'm a customer....do I want to hear this?) He wouldn't budge and basically just walked away. I should have done the same, but guess I have more integrity than the owner. Paid for my take out and will NEVER darken his door again and will tell everyone I know about the attitude I encountered there. I hope he thinks THAT is worth what it would have cost him to appease a customer with a $20 face value coupon. Shame shame, Rudy.
