I rented a car at this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The guy who showed me the car had poor customer service skills. I asked him a question about the rewards program and he ignored the question until I had to ask him again 5 minutes later. He handed me the keys to the car without checking the car for damage. Next, the courtesy call I received that same day from a female rep sounded like she was drunk and wasn't able to understand her. After I returned the car, I got to speak with an assistant manager who didn't really care about my rental experience. Terrible service from the bottom and up...
