I love my apartment but, since the new management has taken over the Estates On Maryland everything has gone down. The new manager Ariel is horrible. The way she addresses the residents is so unprofessional never once does she try and slove a matter and make the resident feel better. Her attuide is disgusting as a manager.
I have had several issues such as items being stolen from my son in the club house while management was there. When i approached management about his backpack being stolen it was my fault he was in the club house. When questioned why they could not review the cameras I was told they were not working and, I could call the police to file a report. Not once was i asked what the stolen item looked like. I have even emailed corporate about the issues never heard back.
Every month your rent fees are not correct on your billing statement I call to the office to make sure I'm paying the correct amount get the amount from management then my bill comes from the next month and there is somehow unpaid fees on every statement. When asked why this is happening I'm told by management it's my fault i don't get the final amount in writing from the office.
Since living here my car has been broken into twice i sloved that problem by now renting a garage.
Several times i have had maintenance come into my apartment to fix items lights have been left on i have called the office to address this issue and was told maintenance was not in my apartment and i must of had someone else in my apartment that left the lights on. "Which no one was in my aparment "
Before this company and manager came here i had never had a problem i have lived here 6 yrs. It's unreal to me how horrible i have been treated by the new management. Never once does management try to make things right and make you feel you are valued as a resident. There attuide is down right nasty and they do not care about their residents.
The apartments are very nice and i do love my place but i will not ever consider renewing my lease after the new management have been here.
