  • I normally have significant "brand loyalty" for another airline, but United was exceptional today and deserves all of the 5 stars. I ran through the airport after detouring around the tunnel closures but still missed my flight. Mike at the A terminal was the first United representative I encountered as I missed a 6AM flight. He not only solved my tricky flight problem (all flights full!), but rerouted me in a way that I am almost going to make it to the conference without skipping a beat. Thank you so much for such wonderful employees! Definitely passenger friendly and I am looking forward to more flights with you.
