  • This McDonald's used to be the ONLY McDonalds that I would eat at. When Cheyanne was the manager there the food was good, the restaurant was clean and tidy. BUT now it is the most disgusting McDonalds that I have seen in quite some time. The last time i was in there for just a nugget meal with drink, the wait was 12 minutes for fries,as the nuggets were left dying in the bag (cold) as order after order that was placed after mine was handed out but mine...nope...so as I waited for the 12 minutes, I got my drink, which the drink station now has an overwhelming smell encompassing the entire area that smells like vomit, literal vomit....it is so filthy over there and sticky, floor counter everywhere sticky....and sometimes if you are lucky you can see all the bugs that are crawling around the soda machine area. I even told one of the managers about the filth and she acted like she didn't even care...at all...it is so gross in here now I cannot believe how dirty this McDonalds is and nobody from the health department has closed them down yet?? really??? I have not eaten there since, but 12 minutes for fries??? Ronald McDonald would be so ashamed...I would give a negative star if allowed...maybe you should not allow kids to run the stores, they do not care about customer service and cleanliness as a young adult would....you fell far at this store, you should shut it down and correct it and then re-open it before someone gets very sick
