I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review. But after the follow up from the company I have decided to do so. I had a cleaning over a month ago. While the price was great, the cleaning wasn't that great. I didn't make a big deal of it as it was still a great price. I decided to give them a second try. Made an online appointment (which is relatively simple). A couple days before the appointment the owner calls to cancel the appointment as she is out of the country. We discussed the first cleaning and she showed her genuine concern and wanted to reschedule. She asked me to email her the pictures from the first cleaning which I did and we would reschedule another cleaning via email. Almost two weeks have gone by and I have yet to get a reply. While some parts of the company are good, overall it was a bad experience.

Therefore you never replied to the email I sent. If you would like me to post screenshots with time stamps I can. I appreciate the effort of customer service, but it was not executed correctly or in a timely manner. Thank you.
