  • I would give negative stars if Yelp had it!!!!The worst experience I have had at a dealership. Made an appointment for my sunroof seal to be looked at (seal started to come off while driving down the freeway) service rep said it "won't be very long" after sitting in the waiting area for an hour the rep comes out to ask me what seal exactly is it??? We can't seem to figure it out. I had previously to the appointment sent pictures to the rep of the seal pealed off.
