  • The absolute worst!! Dishonest, unprofessional, and greedy. Despite giving them a month to prepare the unit, we moved into a wrecked apartment that they refused to take responsibility for. Since my roommate and I were returning from military training we moved in on the promise they would correct the faults. They never did and latter blamed us. The carpet was worn flat, with holes, stains, and so filthy that our feet would turn black. Paint over spray on everything. The cabinets and light fixtures were still coated in slimy film after we left. They look nice on the outside but the units are old and falling apart. Something was always broken. The only bit of quality is in the maintenance team. Those guys are busy, always professional, and do the best they can. After 24 months of on time payments and no complaints, treated like a degenerate by staff. Twice the office lost my rent check and instantly made it my problem demanding payment and threatening fees. The office staff appears friendly but they are completely fake. Their only concern is protecting the company. I have never been more disappointed in my living arrangement. LIVE ANYWHERE BUT IN AN OVATION PROPERTY.
