  • Infinity concierge employs a third-party vendor to cold call you to get you to come in. They know no limits and will call you several times per day. When you tell them you're not interested they are rude and will tell you to F off. The representatives are typically from the Philippines, but also some of them sound like they are from India. The management at infinity concierge says that they are not affiliated with these companies, however they have also admitted that they do pay these companies for their services to refer customers to infinity travel. Since I am inpatient and have gone the route of trying to discuss with people at Infiniti concierge I will be forced to take action on my own and they will not be pleased with the action I take, neither will some of their employees. If I was the owner of this company, I would be upset that this third-party vendor represents my hard work. Starting a conversation off stating "this is infinity concierge's calling "can't be stopped by the ownership of the company however they care less about doing this because they realize that they may be getting more business. Don't worry, I'll take action as I've promised.
