The pedicure I received was semi-relaxing, customary yet quick. What was not relaxing was the loud video games and screaming from a child of an employee or owner. I understand that owners have the right to bring their children to their business, however when you provide spa services it goes to say that customers prefer calm, zen spa environments. Having a child yelling about his video games up front with the customers counterattacks those calming spa services. Set up a video game room in the back or teach your children that customer comforts are key and the lifeline of your business.
