The first time I went in I waited almost an hour (not a good impression for a first time client) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they must be really great if there were so many people willing to wait. Dr. Strimling administered my Botox and he seemed nice enough. I did notice that he didn't give me the full dosage I paid for, as he left a small amount left in the syringe. It being my first time having it done, I didn't really think much into it. He told me to wait 2 weeks and come back if I had any issues. After 3 weeks I noticed it hadn't fully taken effect and I called to make a touch up appointment. When I saw Dr. Strimling again, he seemed impatient with me and made me feel stupid about even coming in for a touch up, when he himself told me I should if I wasn't happy. He said "fine, I'll do a little bit at no cost." That was 3 months ago and my Botox was completely worn off by month 2. I decided to try somewhere else yesterday and there was a world of difference! I got more Botox for less price and it was virtually pain free. When I went to checkout they asked me for my brilliant distinction rewards. (Where you collect points for every Botox service you get in return for $ of your next service.) They checked it and said Dr. Strimling's office had logged into my account using my password and redeemed all of my points for the touch up appointment! I was furious! What kind of shady and dishonest office would do that to try to make a lousy $20?? You're better off going somewhere else
