  • Long ago, NIM was great. In the last year, they have fallen off the map.One weekend, they sent me half the calorie count I was supposed to get, so each day, I was getting just under 700 calories of food instead of 1400 calories a day. When I called, no one answers or returns messages. There is some kind of mismanagement issue there and maybe when they resolve that, I'll order from them again.
