  • You know I've never written a review before until today. I'm usually a very reasonable person and I understand everyone is trying to make a living and get by. But this place is ridiculous. They post all these stupid coupons on their corporate website but don't honor them for shit. I went to this Midas back in September of 2014 and the guy working was very reasonable I just needed a diagnosis of my car cause it was having trouble starting. Come to find out when they checked it over nothing was wrong and he changed my brake light and didn't charge me a thing. He told me that my engine and abs light was on and that I should take it to a Honda dealership to have them read the system and that he would then reimburse me for the read and charge me way less to fix after Honda would tell me what was wrong. So that's why I brought my car back to Midas this month and this different guy was not as helpful as before. I asked him to split my bill of 964 after he applied a 50$ coupon off 500$ service and didn't charge me for the diagnostics read of 30$ that also has a coupon online (for a free read) to just split my bill and take off 30$ more freaking dollars for the rest of the 400$ service and he said he can't go back into the system to change it cause it's all said and done. But a DIFFERENT guy the day before on the phone I asked him the same thing and he said he would work with me if I brought the coupon in. Then the next day it was the other person I was dealing with before told me he can't go back and change it. It's 30$ more dollars off a 964$ bill. After arguing politely I hung up and just paid the 964$ I don't know what happened to this Midas from September 2014 to June 2015 but it's not the same reasonable people from before.
