rev:text	I walked into Sun Radiology without an appointment in December. Even though "walk ins" welcomed, I was turned down. So, I had to wait twenty minutes to make an appointment, while I was there. Then later that week, they called me to cancel appointment due to mamo machine being replaced or something of that nature.. So, I went in a few days later to get mammogram. The following week I was called back in to do another mamo and an ultra sound. Without any explanation of why this has to be done. Keep in mind my mother died of breast cancer at the age of 53. So, of course I am very concerned. I show up, then I am informed that I owe a co-pay from three years ago! WTH? I didn't get a bill. I was told that three different times I was sent a statement. Of course. I go in get my mamo and then headed to another room for ultra sound of my breasts. By a MAN!!!!! How insensitive can one get?????? Even though he was professional and there was a female in the room at all times, it was still a very uneasy situation. The technician informed me that the radiologist was in a meeting and therefore I'd have to wait three working days to get results. It's been three working days, and I've heard NOTHING! Given my family history of cancer..........you'd think or at least hope someone would care enough to call me. Instead I am waiting with concern and anxiety for the call. By the looks of reviews on Sun Radiology, this place should be closed down, or make some serious improvements. It shouldn't be about money.........it should be about caring for each individual that walks through the door!
