  • This is an update: This place is NOT safe to go! I was scheduled for surgery on Tuesday, they called me Monday to say they "just realized" they don't accept my ins. They were sending a referral to another surgeon. I called back today to tell them the new surgeon hasn't recieved my referral. THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT! THIS IS A FAIRLY IMPORTANT SURGERY! I am in a lot of pain. This place is not safe, if I could give less than one start I would. RUN, run to any other practice! I understand that things happen, but one and a half hours after my scheduled appointment I was still in the waiting room. They finally came in and said the dr was stuck in the monsoonlike rain, ok, but for 1.5 hours?? He came in, and actually thinks he knows the problem! Then he got me some STAT testing, well in 24 hours but better than the two weeks originally offered. They had forgotten to get my vitals, again no biggie except we were heading into hour two here. The waiting room is clean, the tv was on. The day before my surgery they called to say they were mistaken, they do NOT take my ins, surgery canceled. I asked what should I do, she didn't know, didn't really care, pretty much hung up on me. So, here I sit in the Urgent Care, hoping a doctor will step up and fix me before the pain kills me.
