The food was good, but it wasn't great. Something about our entrees was just...off. I ordered the yellow chicken curry and my better half ordered the chicken stuffed with pork and shrimp. The food came out in a timly fashion, so I couldn't understand why it wasn't as hot (temperature) wise as I had expected, and my dish was not as spicy as I had hoped either.
Surprisingly, the spring rolls we shared were fantastic. Fresh, light, and pretty to look at.
My favorite part of the trip to Sala Thai did not come from the food, but rather the patron that left the restaurant, went to their car, and came back in to pay with change from a glass jar. Ohhh the East side.
