  • I would have to say without a doubt, that we were extremely disappointed with the Jesse Herfel group. Our agent Jim Marcuzzo definitely over promised and under delivered. The house was not listed as promised (upgrades), and when challenged on this, just cut and pasted my email. Heard from them, not Jim, once in three weeks to drop the price sending comps that were for smaller homes. Called with an offer the day the company was fired, and when I told him that it wouldn't satisfy the mortgage, hung up. I called and emailed to get my key back, but no response. I would think twice before using this company.
