  • Having booked an appointment at noon, my friend and I arrived at 11:50. We waited at the counter for ten minutes, but no one came to the table. When someone did come, we were directed to sit down and wait for a stylist. Fifteen minutes later, we were still waiting. There seemed to be some confusion as the same lady who asked us to sit ended up being our stylist (she ended up being super friendly and helpful though - shoutout to Taylor). Mishaps aside, there are a lot of dresses to choose from at this store. However, not all sizes are available. My friend and I both ended up purchasing our prom dresses today.
