  • We purchased a work truck from them last year. We also purchased their much bragged about extended warranty for an additional $1995. The truck broke down a few months later so they sent an adjuster out. The adjuster said that they would not honor the warranty because it is a commercial truck. They knew what this truck was when they sold it to us. After many, many phone calls to multiple managers they still have not resolved this issue. We are still paying for the warranty that is no good, we still have a truck that needs to be repaired! All we asked is for the warranty that was never any good to be refunded. All we have received is the run around! Update. Received a call from yet another manager, he was inquiring about my posts. This manager said he would get this issue resolved. Well, it's time to get my plates renewed but I can't because the check engine light is on and that $2000 extended warranty I purchased is still no good. Nobody called back again, nothing has been resolved and they continue to take my money on a truck that I can't even get licensed unless I pay the $3000 in repairs that it needs!
