I've received physical therapy from 2 different places, gone to several different gyms and had lots of work-ups for my injuries from various physicians. So far I have had 3 group sessions and 1 individual session here. Let me just say this: never in the history of ever have I, after a one-hour workout, wondered where the hour went. So far I'm really liking it and I feel like it will do a lot to help with my flexibility and strength which in turn will help me recover from the nagging pain/sciatica from prior injuries. So far very impressed!
