We had a fire alarm at our house and ADT never called. I called them to understand why we did not receive a call. They told me that they have not been receiving a connection from our house recently and that our system was outdated. They said that they had gone through customers' systems and proactively upgraded most customers, but that my house had been missed. I cancelled the service and asked for a credit (only one month) because they had not been providing me service. It took 30 minutes of arguing before they would provide it.
