If you are here to say in a hotel, then like others have said, you get a decent room with decent space and kitchenette.
As for the timeshare, avoid it. We did the math and the "maintenance fee" costs more than the value of the property, even in this nicer location (meaning no mater how few points you buy, you are losing money over just renting). Plus, I don't know why every timeshare company has to rip you off at every turn. In our case, the promised $150 cash card for attending turned out to really be a $125 card when I used it at Costco. I mean really? Do you need to lie about $25 dollars? What do you think these lies do to the level of trust you generate with your potential customers.
0 stars for the timeshare, 4 stars for the affordable place to stay a night or two = two star overall.
