  • I have been wanting another tattoo for quite some time, and decided that today was the day. I saw Golden Rule, and knew that this was the place. At 430pm, they said d they could squeeze me in at 6pm. Cerny was working on a big piece, but was willing to do my tattoo right after working on the other man's piece for 3 hours. The shop is incredibly clean, and the guys working were warm and welcoming. Cerny was willing to stay after closing to do my tattoo. He made sure it was exactly what I wanted, and when I told him the meaning, he was empathetic, understanding, and kind. Cerny did a wonderful job on my tattoo while making sure I was comfortable. Maybe it's the Minnesotan in him. ;) I am absolutely thrilled with Cerny and Golden Rule.
