Disappointing experience. Used TR credits to pay for the spa facilities pass. First, you have to go to the TR desk to get a voucher for the amount you plan to use at the spa the day you are going if using your comps. Did this, headed to the spa only to find out after I redeemed for a voucher that the Roman baths were undergoing maintenance! I was really peeved about that as the spa pass is not cheap! $55 midweek.
The facility is very nicely decorated however I felt like it was the same as any other casino spa with the Roman baths being out of service that day but with a way bigger price tag. The arctic room is a nice touch and refreshing to go in after the dry sauna or jacuzzi but it's tiny and can't really seat more than 4 women comfortably. Other than that it's the usual stuff that most day spas have - steam sauna, jacuzzi, dry sauna. The showers were nice but the amenities were lacking. Hair brushes were not even the disposable kinds - they kept them in a uv sanitizer but people didn't bother cleaning out their gross hairs from the brushes before putting them back. They offered apples, bananas, pretzels, tea, coffee, and water. Would be nice if they kept the water cold or even had flavored water (like cucumber or fruit).
Had high hopes/expectations but was let down. I will not be returning.
