Great experience. Answered all questions I had, starting with talking to the HQ team. Light years ahead of Safe-lite with answering my questions about my 2016 Chevy with Advanced Lane Change and Collision technology sensors. Safe-Lite could not answer questions, stated they perform the recalibration (talking to the HQ folks). I stopped by the local store and they said "no, you will need to take care to dealer." Did not get a good feeling due to the inconsistency of information.
Technaglass spent time with me and described the process and how calibration may be needed, but also the reasons it may or may not be needed. Bottom line, they know their craft. Car was scheduled for next day service. Was in and out in about 75 minutes. Gave me specific 24/48 hour care instructions for the glass.
All technology sensors are working fine!! Best experience for a windshield replacement I have seen. John (manager at store) and Craig (rep at HQ) know their trade. Totally respect that and want to thank them!!
Other: waiting area large, clean, comfortable (cool on very hot day). Complimentry coffee and bottled water. Seperate men/women restrooms - clean.
Highly recommend this company and specifically this location.
