I have been to this spa a couple of times for a massage (purchased a Travel Zoo special which included a 50 minute massage, glass of champagne, access to the fitness center/group exercise classes). Keith is the best; he gave the best massage I have ever had. The spa is quite large (I will admit I got lost a couple of times). They offer everything a spa could offer for the perfect day of pampering (I love the relaxation room with the comfortable beds ... aaahhh nice).
I opted to hang out by the resort pool in lieu of the spa pool (which is small and has limited lounge chairs which always seem to be taken). The resort pool has a larger selection of food, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. I could not even find a spot to sit down to drink my complimentary champagne in the spa pool area (champagne had to be ordered/consumed in the spa pool area) which was unfortunate. The entire resort has breathtaking views.
The only thing I would warn you is to double check your bill before leaving. I was not charged for yoga class but my friend (who was also on the same Travel Zoo special) was charged for yoga class. We both checked in/out at the same time with the same person.
