  • My boyfriend is an avid supporter of Frank and Oak, thus I have gone into the store on multiple occasions to shop for him. The clothes, customer service and atmosphere is fantastic. They also have a coffee shop in the front of the store, which I think is a great idea. That said, the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I originally asked for a tea, but the cafe was out of tea bags (?), so I ordered a coffee instead. It was syrupy, sour and served with a blank stare. It was an awkward encounter, to say the least. Overall, sweet clothes, sour coffee!
