  • I wanted to wait for a few months before I posted this to ensure there was no backlash. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!!! When we moved in, there were TONS of items that needed attention. It took almost 4 months to get them taken care of, and they still didn't get it all fixed. The people they use for maintenance are worse than dumb and dumber. And forget about trying to get ahold of any of them if you call. Their message says they will get back to you within 24 hours (that never happens). If you do get the rare chance to talk or email to them, they are extremely rude. The rent prices are outrageous! And every year they raise the rent to an even more obscene amount. This company cannot follow the landlord tenant laws to save their lives. And the end of this horrible experience, they sent a bill that was almost $1,000 dollars. Since I know that these idiots lack integrity, I checked up on the "repairs" a few weeks after we moved out. None of it had been completed. We paid $1,000 to line their pockets and protect their bottom line. STAY AWAY! To bad I cant give 0 stars.
