  • Horrible service...got there 4:30 pm on a Thursday. There was a long line to check in. I am Platinum for total rewards and I kindly asked an employee Joon if there was a Platinum check in he said no!!! Well, she lied! there is and I had to wait 2 hours...Never been to this Hotel but won't go back...Dirty and smells YUK!
