  • Terrible customer service. We arrived right on time to pick up balloons for a party. They weren't even started!! These were ordered 3 days before the party. They wanted us to wait while they completed other orders, but because we stayed, they did them. Don't leave the store without your order, otherwise your wait may be longer.
