  • So excited for matcha soft serve and not have to drive to the bay area, LA, or henderson for some. The matcha soft serve is delicious, it's creamy and very flavorful, not sweet at all. If you're a newbie, try the vanilla and matcha swirl. The vanilla adds some sweetness and makes the matcha flavor not as strong. The matcha with hojicha (roasted green tea ) float was tasty, it was exactly like i expected. Ice cubes inside was kind of odd, but once it melted it turned into a nice matcha hojicha latte. My husband didn't like it, he said it was too bland. We also got the maiko special. It has soft serve (your choice of matcha, vanilla, or swirl), matcha sponge cake, 2 mochi balls, candied chestnut (the yellow thing) corn flakes, azuki beans, and clear jelly that had no flavor. I wish the menu stated what the heck was inside. My husband liked this better as there was more texture. I know they just opened, but the hojicha was delicious, could they turn this into ice cream too? Yummmmm Very friendly service, and complimentary ice water.
