  • I've installed Granite in 3 homes in the last 5 years, Ive never been more impressed than this installation with Granite Karma. Ramon has amazing customer service, is reliable and on time. He responds to questions via text or email, within a few minutes. He makes you feel as though you are his only customer. Installation-same quality of customer service. They were very respectful and clean. He saw big picture, listened to my requests to have the granite placed just so. They actually talked to us to make sure the service they were providing was exactly what we expected. I would call Granite Karma for every install, it be hard to take my business away from them from now on. From the time we picked our Granite, we were 1 week out from install! They are priced in point. I'll recommend them all day, every day!
