  • Golden Wheat is a nice bakery to go to when you've got a sweet tooth, but yet haven't got a clue as to what you're craving for. The many spic and span display cases are chock full of assorted vibrant desserts which are bound to make it difficult to pick and choose. As I have only visited late in the evenings after dinner, it isn't usually busy at all, so I can do my twice over before finalizing my decision. The creme caramel is one of my favourites, but on less indulgent days, the bars and tarts are just as satisfying. To wash everything down, nice little pots of tea come in single servings. The counter service staff at night seem to be quite young and rather easy going. The long room features a wavy banquette as well as clusters of small tables which are perfect for reading a paper or catching up with a friend at.
